How to get Started in Datascience – Lessons from Datascientists

I have been thinking to write a blog on this topic quite a while, hope the blog post can help you to get started in data science.

The blog post tells you the journey of a few people who started from ground zero and now working as a data scientist. If you think someone needs to be mentioned you can comment here.

Daniel Bourke

  • Daniel is working as a Machine Learning  Engineer at Max Kelsen. I really like the trello board he has shared in his blog. Check more about his journey how he went from an Uber Driver to a Machine Learning Engineer. He blogs at www.mrdbourke.com/blog.

Jose Marcial Portilla

  • Jose is working as a Head of Data Science at Pierian Data Inc. Probably one of the top-rated data science trainer and content curator in udemy. He has written a blog on “How to become a Data Scientist“,  it may be a year old but he has clearly given the path how to start from the basics.
